It's really simple. Just open the outfit browser in PS2 and find [TARV]. After that, send an application and wait for an approvement.
Requirements:
1. BR: 70+
2. K/D: 1.5+
3. Loyality to TR
4. Ability to follow orders
5. Ability to cooperate with the others
What am I supposed to do in TARV after that?
You will be given the Greenhorn rank first. After a couple of days and proving yourself, you will be given the Soldier rank. Soldier is a stable member of TARV.
